After your initial two visits, it is very important for Dr. Janet to follow your progress. As your or your child’s health changes, modifications and adjustments may be needed in your naturopathic plan.

On average, follow-up visits are once a month for the first 1-3 months for 30 minute sessions. Sometimes 45 minute sessions or 60 minute sessions are needed based on the complexity of your health concerns.

Schedule a FOLLOW-UP

The CLIENT PORTAL is an secure electronic medical record keeping system that Dr. Janet uses through a business called CHARM.

• Once you have booked an appointment with Dr. Janet she will enter your name, address, phone and email into CHARM.
• CHARM will then send you an invitation to sign up on the CLIENT PORTAL.
• You will need to create a User Name and Password to set up your own account.
• You will then be able to access: Upcoming Appointments, Labs, Treatment Plans, etc.

Signing up for the CLIENT PORTAL allows you to send Dr. Janet secure emails and receive secure replies.
